Update ~ Flights of Fancy

I've posted another piece to add to the Chameleon series I started. As I may have mentioned before I am unofficially trying to follow the prompt table over at simfic50. This piece is called Beginnings.

~ Chameleon ~

It has been one year and one week since I last posted to my short stories blog. I have pulled the previous entries and archived them in order to start fresh with cleaner, better shots and hopefully, stronger writing. I doubt I will re-post the other two since I would want to retake the shots and I don't have the characters handy.

At some point I intend to revamp the blog but in the meantime, I did post a piece based on Chameleon. I won't be following any sort of time line so things will probably jump around in time. I am also unofficially following a prompt table from simfic50 just for fun. Since I can't guarantee that I will post these stories regularly, I thought it best to just keep it simple.

Lasting Impression

I have posted a very short story on my Flights of Fancy blog (link to the right under Sandbox) called Lasting Impression. At one time I intended to make it a continuation story but at this point I think not. Hope you enjoy it.

Who is Bradley Wilcox?

In between cleaning up and rebuilding my Dark December neighborhood and trying to outline my plans for Cooper and the gang, I have been sketching out a few short stories. These four characters will be featured in a short story titled Lasting Impression. I have been experimenting with a slightly different style of shooting this story in that I am using an empty lot and building sets as I go along. Very slow, let me tell you...at least for me.

I have absolutely no vested interest in these characters. Although it is possible I may do a sequel, my intent is a simple, short story. Wham, bam, thank you ma'am. Or not.

New Short Stories Blog

In an effort to distract myself today, I decided to start another blog to post short stories or one-offs as I like to call them. No particular theme, just things that come to me. Random threads, something to keep the creative embers stoked until that big flame hits me.

I am still working on Dark December and hope to have an update soon. In the meantime, please enjoy Flights of Fancy
