Seriously, I Am NOT Avoiding My Stories

One of the things I wanted to accomplish during my break besides cleaning up my phantoms and installing my graphics card as well as my game was to get my time line back to what it should be. Part of that was aging my babies.

First up is Will Savage who was born before both Nic and Rayne and at this point in time should be a child. Will is going to be helping me introduce a new blog called Through The Lens that I will be using strictly for photo shoots although I may add text from time to time if the post warrants it. I literally took over 100 shots so let me say it was hard to whittle the number of images down to a select few.

Also on that blog is a photo shoot I did for a monthly challenge at simgenix based on the 7 deadly sins. What sin did I choose? Why, Lust of course! I do intend to shoot all of them as the mood strikes or when I need a creative distraction.

I hope you'll check it out and let me know what you think. I've used categories instead of direct links to see how that works; please let me know if at some point it seems confusing.

Here's a preview shot for you. Click the image to visit the blog.

  1. I love this shot!

And grouping them by categories is the best way to manage it. It makes a lot of sense and everything is easy to find.

Thanks for leaving me your thoughts ~ they always mean a lot.

In Perfect Harmony

In June of 2007 I posted my first chapter of Dark December. Since that time, the story has evolved and changed in part through a collaboration that developed and lasted over 4 years. During this time a friendship was forged. Thank you Beth, for unwavering friendship, support, and generosity over these last 4+ years. It has been a journey I will never forget.

"Life is not about waiting for the storm to pass, it's about learning to dance in the rain."

In dreams, the sun sets in our eyes
In dreams, we'll never be apart
In dreams, I'll promise you'll never be alone
How much I wish your voice could send me home
