The Small Things

Wyatt Stanfield reminded me tonight about how the little things can amuse a child. Uncle Slim was bouncing him around when his cell phone, which was set to vibrate, started ringing. Wyatt got the biggest kick out of it!

I think Uncle Slim is enjoying being a father figure.I'm pretty sure Julia is enjoying it too...

  1. Gorgeous shots! TOTALLY, incredibly hot guy -- wow does he look good holding Wyatt.

And I just bet Julia is "enjoying" it.

  2. LOL! Thanks Beth...I really wanted to use that shot and didn't realize his phone was ringing until after I quit the game!

I guess it makes for a sweet outtake though.

And you always knew Julia was not what she seemed. Martha Stewart? I think not!

  3. She's cooking up more than maple pancakes, that's for sure, LOL!

Slim is incredibly appealing in those shots, though. Beautiful and emotionally compelling.

  8. LOL! He is a makeover of Beth's Tony but he definitely has his own unique personality. He is not Tony in that respect.

I should add that I was not the one that did his makeover. I am extremely grateful to Beth for sending him to fill the role as Slim and he has certainly taken it on well.

In Perfect Harmony

In June of 2007 I posted my first chapter of Dark December. Since that time, the story has evolved and changed in part through a collaboration that developed and lasted over 4 years. During this time a friendship was forged. Thank you Beth, for unwavering friendship, support, and generosity over these last 4+ years. It has been a journey I will never forget.

In dreams, the sun sets in our eyes
In dreams, we'll never be apart
In dreams, I'll promise you'll never be alone
How much I wish your voice could send me home
