I woke after a nap and couldn't sleep so I finished a photo shoot I had been working on for a long time. I'm not particularly pleased with the shots; I find them uninspiring, or maybe it was the subject. Anyway, continuing the series from Chameleon, I present Rhapsody.

On another note, I have noticed that in Internet Explorer the images seem to pile on top of each other. Since I use Firefox I am wondering just how annoying that is for the IE users out there? Feel free to comment and let me know.
Yeah right one beer LMAO! What's the name of that beer anyway? I can think of several reasons to keep "knock out" beer on hand! But I hear you. Wine kills me in almost any amount. Shooters no. Wine yes.
ReplyDeleteYour photoshoots of the "ladies" of Chameleon are just stunning. I don't know what kind of filter you're using but it certainly is gorgeous. Rhapsody seems to have been Cooper's particular favorite, so she's definitely got something special to offer! Absolutely lucious backgrounds and shots!
It's called Bombay Bomber, an India Pale Ale (the menu said I.P.A and I had to ask what that meant, only to be told by my son, who is NOT old enough to drink that it stood for that)
ReplyDeleteYeah, I can drink straight shots of pretty much anything but wine gives me a headache (although I love it) and beer, apparently some beers, poison my body in ways I never imagined.
The filters...that's hard to say. I took some of these ages ago. I basically used either Screen, Overlay, Soft light, or Multiply and added blur or lighting. Rhapsody looks better without the blur but I wanted to keep some of them consistent with the others.
Sienna is still my favorite although she has an uncanny ability to show up at Rafe and Gayl's house and swoon over him...
I mean to tell you happy birthday yesterday!!! :( I saw that your bday was coming up on my friends list in live journal!! I'm glad to see that you had fun...um...I'm gonna take it that you had fun at least!:P One beer!! Geez, such a lightweight!:P
ReplyDeleteGonna go look at those shots now! I know they're going to be gorgeous!
I hope you feel better soon Gayl!!!!
ReplyDeleteThat's a gorgeous pic. I
I'm in my way to see the rest of the shots...
Happy Birthday!!! I didn't know , lol till I read Cheryl's comment!! Sorry...
ReplyDeleteHappy Birthday!!!!
Thank you Phoenix! Seriously I don't get done in by 1 drink...I have no idea what happened. That's my story anyway...
ReplyDeleteYes, it was my birthday. I did enjoy myself I will admit. Baseball in the AM and dinner in the PM. Good times.
Sandy, I'm feeling fine. My stomach is just punishing me.
And I do hope you both enjoy the photos!
I am using internet explorer at the moment and am not finding anything out of whack? It might have something to do with the resolution maybe?
ReplyDeleteGood to see you got a chance to enjoy yourself and let your hair down for a bit.
I actually like that shot of Rhapsody. The pose gives a good insight into her personality. I also like that soft glow effect on her - adds a touch of softness to her features and expression.
I hadn't really thought of that Ysadora but she isn't particularly soft with her features so it does make a difference.
ReplyDeleteI will see if it looks different in IE with a changed resolution. I don't use IE but when I happened to look at the shots at work, they were on top of each other which looked funny.
